Oil storage capacity and delegation calls for tender 2026

The procurement of oil storage capacity and delegations takes places annually as part of a public call for tender.

The » Framework Storage Agreement (version July 2026) and » Framework Delegation Agreement (version June 2016) with the accompanying » Individual Storage Agreement (version July 2026), as well as »Individual Delegation Agreement  (version June 2016), are concluded for a term of between one and up to a maximum of five years. Agreements for the storage of Jet A-1 may be concluded for a maximum of 10 years.  The duration of all Agreements is concluded for whole years starting on April 1st and ending on March 31st.

Referring to Section 10 Frame Storage Agreement (version July 2026) please consider that an » Exchange Agreement « (version June 2017) must be added in duplicate to each Individual Storage Agreement. This applies to commingled storage as well as for segregated storage (exception: segregated storage without a partner for exchanges).

For the bids, exclusively the contracts which are provided as electronic forms that can be completed online on the homepage of the Erdölbevorratungsverband on www.ebv-oil.org via Ausschreibungen à Ausschreibungen von Tankraum und Delegationen shall be used.

In addition, the General Conditions of Contract of the Erdölbevorratungsverband (including annexes 1 and 2; version: June 2017), which are included in the Exchange Agreement are provided on said homepage.

The contracts mentioned above must not be changed.
