Fees
The funds needed by the Erdölbevorratungsverband (EBV) in order to fulfill its legal obligations are supplied by the members, based on the German law and in accordance with the Contribution Statute.
Legal basis for the imposition of contribution is the German Petroleum Stockholding Act. You can download the current version » here (Only German language available).
In addition to the legal basis, on this web site you will find further information on contribution reporting and forms for reporting your payment of contribution as a EBV-member as well as application forms for the contribution refund as a EBV-non-member.
