Assignment of contribution refund claims
The following forms are provided in the event that a company that is not a member of the Erdölbevorratunsgverband wishes to assign its contribution refund claims for the export of petroleum products subject to contributions (Section 23 (2) sentence 1 no. 1 in conjunction with sentence 3 of the Petroleum Stockholding Act (ErdölBevG)) and for the assertion of these assigned claims by the assignee.
